Whereas the Bel Air is more geared towards a prominent bar area with minimal storage, our Wellington model features an extended enclosed space surrounding the open porch. For customers whose properties cannot contain the depth of a full-scale Bel Air, the Wellington offers similar functionality, with some additional possibilities.

The open space can house either an open kitchen or pool bar with an optional built in seating area. The wrap-around enclosed portion can be whatever you want it to be, whether a spot for a changing room, a shower, or simple pool storage for the kids’ toys. The choice is yours.

Like our other structures, you can choose from a variety of finishes and designs. Some of our preexisting shed designs serve as great starting points, but use your imagination to dream up something completely unique. We can also use other materials such as stone and brick to give your Wellington a unique look.
